Thanks for sharing this and promoting the the offer. I have just returned home from being with my kids for the birth of their first child. I am going to email my daughter in law with the links. You are right though, most of what we need to do is so simple – being healthy is our natural way of being.

the health of your baby is most important, but IMO it is very hard to maintain it these days, with all the pollutants and the junk food you find on the market. I mean, there is no organic food as it once was, all the products contain chemicals and additives to preserve it and make it taste better. No wonder our kids end up with weird diseases when they reach a certain age.
best thing to do is just move somewhere in the country, grow your own fruits and vegetables, and make your own baby food.

I agree, it is very hard to keep our children healthy these days and that is what makes it even more important to do any thing that we can to make a difference.
The thought of moving to remote countryside and living off the land has crossed my mind a few times!!!

Thanks for the info really good to hear that awareness is growing for natural health options for all age groups. If children are brought up with alternative medicine they will hopefully incorporate int there everyday lives when they are older.

I will get this for my sister who has not long had a baby. My kids are grown up now but i’m glad to say they eat well and keep fit. Natural health awareness really seems to be taking off at last which is fantastic.
